Job: Facilitator (Spring/Fall)

Spring/Fall (Day and Multi-Day Facilitators)

Staff hired at an entry-level position.  New facilitators are generally paired with Lead facilitators who are familiar with Mountain Workshop’s style, program sites, and instructional techniques.  New facilitators also have the opportunity to participate in many valuable field-related trainings, many leading to a certification.
